We will accept applicants with either Fully Accessible or Improved Livability Funding & will also consider participants with 2 or 3 Resident funding.
Conditions for free rent period
Successful applicants with SDA Funding will pay no rent for up to a 3-month period (depending on level of funding) once the SDA Provider has made their first monthly claim for SDA Funding.
