Layout, features, and accessibility
Open-Plan Living, Kitchen & Dining
At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area designed for ease of movement and shared living.
Wide circulation paths, durable flooring and clear sightlines make the space highly functional for mobility aids, while large windows and sliding doors bring in natural light and create a relaxed, open feel. The kitchen is modern and practical, with ample bench space, high-quality appliances, and thoughtful storage, supporting both independent and assisted use.
A second living area at the front of the home provides flexibility—ideal for quiet time, visitors, or support needs without disrupting the main living space.
Each bedroom features
- Excellent circulation space for mobility equipment
- Built-in robes with easy access
- Wall-mounted television points
- Direct access to a private, fully accessible ensuite
The ensuites include level-access showers, reinforced walls, grab rails, slip-resistant flooring and compliant fixtures, supporting dignity, safety and long-term usability.
Dedicated Support & Overnight Assistance
A separate On-site Overnight Assistance (OOA) room is thoughtfully positioned away from participant bedrooms, allowing support staff to be close when needed while maintaining privacy and independence.
The OOA room includes its own ensuite and is well located for responsive support without feeling intrusive.
A Home Built for Long-Term Living
95 Harmon Drive is not a short-term solution or a generic build. It’s a well-considered High Physical Support home designed to support independence, stability and quality of life over the long term.
Whether you’re an NDIS participant, a family member, or a support coordinator seeking a compliant, thoughtfully designed home — this property offers a strong, reliable foundation for supported living.
