Support and transport
- 24/7 on-site support from the experienced New Horizons team (active support until 10:00 pm, with planned sleepover shifts and tailored overnight assistance available)
- Fleet of three on-site vehicles, including an accessible van and two standard cars, for medical visits, shopping, and social trips
- Staffed 24/7 with an accessible vehicle available at all times and the possibility for an Active Overnight Assistance service
- OA staff onsite 24/7
