Onsite Staff Support
The house is staffed seven days a week with Inactive Overnight support.
The current support provider in the house is Possability.
The SIL team are experienced and trained to deliver quality supports in the following areas: manual handling, epilepsy support, behaviour support, Dysphagia, ostomy & Stoma care training.

Evidence could be a Home & Living Outcome Assessment letter (HALO), NDIS plan screenshots or an email from the NDIS planner.
Please submit all supporting documents with your SDA application form, such as Mealtime management plan, Positive Behaviour Support plan, Occupational Therapist assessments, care plans, allied health reports etc.
If the Home Modification section of the applicant's NDIS plan states “If I choose to move from my current SDA I need to contact the NDIA for next steps" Please contact the NDIA before submitting the application.

The applicant must be aged 18 years or over.
This is an enrolled specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) property. Therefore, the applicant will need to have NDIA approved eligibility and the appropriate level of both SDA and SIL funding available.
The applicant will need to be able to pay rent and utilities.
The applicant or their representative will need to establish a Residential Agreement.
