A calm, low-sensory Supported Independent Living (SIL) vacancy in Nirimba on the Sunshine Coast, within the Aura community - known for parks and walking/cycling paths nearby.

This is a modern, single-storey 3-bedroom home with shared furnished living areas, a fenced backyard, internet included, and a climate-controlled, low-noise household. Support is available 24/7, including overnight sleepover support.

The vacancy

1 x master bedroom with a private ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. The room is furnished (bed and bedside table) with space for personal items, and you’re welcome to bring your own furniture if preferred.

Household fit

The home currently supports one male participant, and we’re seeking a male housemate (approx. 18-35) who enjoys predictable routines, a quiet, respectful environment, and is comfortable participating in shared household tasks (with 1: 1 and/or 1: 2 supports as required).

Not ideal for high physical support needs, smokers, or pets. All enquiries are welcome and assessed carefully to ensure the home is the right fit.
