- The onsite support is provided by Aruma
- The home is staffed with a sleepover model of support.
- Staff are highly experienced with high support needs, complex medical needs and have ongoing training on a regular basis
- This model includes a shared contribution which provides for onsite support from Aruma.
- If you require additional support you are welcome to bring your own or speak with Aruma about how they can best meet your needs
- The applicant will need to contribute to the onsite support model with Aruma

Information is gathered from the current resident/s regarding their preferences for potential housemate/s. This may include, age range, hobbies and interests, daily routines and any specific requirements that may impede on their supports. A review of applications is conducted by the SDA/Housing Provider with input from the onsite provider. A meet and greet will be arranged and feedback sought from the current resident/s. The Participant Engagement Team will check in post-move and ensure that matters are addressed promptly should they arise to enhance the likelihood of success.
