ILV has a one bedroom High Physical Support villa available for an NDIS participant with SDA funding in their plan.

Located in a quiet residential street close to major transport routes, our disability housing dwelling boasts 6 x 1 bedroom self contained High Physical Support/Fully Accessible/Improved Livability villas. Villa 1 has its own private entry. The villas have been designed with a neutral colour scheme, and bespoke built-in cabinetry to help maximise storage space. The kitchen is filled with the latest modern appliances including an integrated height-adjustable bench.

Each villa has 2 split-system air conditioners, automatic blinds and an intercom system which links back to the Onsite Overnight Assistance office. Bedrooms are all provisioned for ceiling hoists.
