Four (4) long-term female housemates, aged between 26 -59.
Interests: The current residents are very sociable, enjoying each other’s company and exploring their community. They enjoy socialising, music, art, dining out, experiencing diverse cultures and cuisines. They actively participate in community activities, attend discos, and enjoy going to theatre productions and musicals.

- There is one available room featuring air conditioning, built-in robes, a ceiling hoist, and heating. It's the front bedroom facing the street, boasting a large window that welcomes plenty of natural light. The room is comfortably carpeted.

Mount Waverley, located 15 km southeast of the CBD, is a peaceful, green suburb with excellent amenities. You'll find Chadstone shopping, Monash hospital, the M1, an aquatic centre, and a restaurant precinct, all within a 10-minute drive. It's a fantastic place to live with schools, childcare, sports facilities, parks, and easy access to the CBD via trains or the Monash Freeway. Safety is also a notable feature of this area.
