WesleyCare Wynnum Apartments are a lovely, warm and inviting home within a safe and secure environment.
Each Apartment is fully self-contained and furnished. There is a lounge room with television, full kitchen, dining area, bedroom, large bathroom and separate laundry. Each Apartment also has air conditioning throughout, and its own covered outdoor area/garden.
The full kitchen includes oven/microwave, dishwasher, under sink access, fridge/freezer and hotplates.
The bedroom has a ceiling hoist and nurse call. The separate laundry has a washer and dryer.
The Apartments are close to all local amenities, including train station, coffee shops, public transport, shopping and medical services.
Our professional and caring staff include the Manager, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Clinical Nurse Consultant, Disability Support Workers, Community Access Facilitator, Chef and Allied Health Assistant.
All meals can be prepared on site. This is an optional service.

Residents must have SIL and SDA approval. Units are independent with 24/7 support.
