2 Brand New SDA/MTA Villas in the heart of Port Macquarie.

The villas will be ready for occupancy in July 2025.

• *SUCCESSFUL SDA APPLICANTS WILL EACH RECEIVE A $1000 VOUCHER TO A RETAILER OF THEIR CHOICE. EACH VILLA WILL ALSO BE PARTIALLY FURNISHED WITH A HOME STARTER PACK WHICH INCLUDES A TV, SOFA, FRIDGE, WASHING MACHINE/DRYER, DISHWASHER, KETTLE, TOASTER, POTS, PANS, UTENSIL SET, CROCKERY AND CUTLERY SET**

Participants are welcome and encouraged to bring their own support providers.

Each villa will include 1 SDA Bedroom, 1 SDA Ensuite Bathroom, OOA, OOA/Visitor Toilet, Laundry, Kitchen/Living/Dining, Onsite Parking and Rear Terrace.

The villas will each be suitable to accommodate for 1 SDA/MTA qualifying resident (subject to SDA/MTA funding).

Resident qualifying for High Physical Support, Fully Accessible or Improved Livability in their plan are welcome to apply. However, we can assist you with getting SDA in your plan if you think you might be eligible.

Please note - each villa is built automation ready should this be a requirement for the resident.

Each house comes partially furnished with a Home Starter Pack.

Pets subject to discussion and approval by SDA Provider.
