- Mobility: As the vacancy is on the upper floor, the incoming resident must be fully ambulant and able to safely navigate stairs several times a day.
- Lifestyle: This home is a great fit for someone who is fairly independent, social, and enjoys the company of others while respecting personal space.
- Support: This property is suitable for participants with existing Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding. The current residents are supported with mental health needs, so a compatible temperament is essential.
