The house will include 2 SDA Bedrooms, 2 SDA Ensuite Bathrooms, a central kitchen/living/dining space, secondary living space, OOA, OOA/visitor toilet, outdoor terrace and shared onsite carparking. The house will be suitable for 2 qualifying SDA/MTA residents (subject to SDA funding). Residents qualifying for High Physical Support, Fully Accessible or Improved Liveability in their plan are welcome to apply. However, we can assist you with the process of attaining SDA funding if you feel you may be eligible.

Please note - the house is built automation ready should this be required for the resident. The house is also build with ceiling hoist provisions already in place should installation be required for the resident. Each house comes partially furnished with a Home Starter Pack. Pets subject to discussion and approval by SDA Provider.
