When welcoming new residents, we take great care to ensure that we can meet their unique needs and provide the right level of care. This involves a thorough understanding of the individual's health, medical needs, and any specialised support they require, including behaviours of concern or restrictive practices. We also carefully assess funding to ensure appropriate support ratios or overnight assistance, are in place to meet their needs. Importantly, we strive to create a harmonious home by considering compatibility with other residents in terms of age, goals, accessibility requirements, and personal preferences. Our focus is on fostering a warm, inclusive space where every resident can thrive and feel truly at home for the long term.
