Residents enjoy a mix of interests at home and in the community. At home, they like relaxing with TV/Foxtel, following the NRL (including the Cowboys and Melbourne Storm), and getting creative through drawing and colouring.
Some residents also enjoy sensory-based activities and collecting items such as cars and animal figurines and have specific pop-culture interests like Harry Potter. In the community, residents enjoy getting out for activities like bowling, socialising in public, and spending time on walks and drives, both independently and with staff support. Each resident takes turns cooking one night per week with support, creating a lovely, shared routine, and giving everyone a chance to build confidence and contribute to the home in a positive, supportive way.
