Support setup, Staff, and Certifications
We provide 24/7 Registered Nursing support, along with Senior Support workers and Assisting in Nursing staff who are trained to meet each person’s unique needs. Telehealth is available every Tuesday, and a GP comes by every Thursday to ensure everyone’s health and wellbeing remain a priority. Staff follow behaviour support plans tailored to individual preferences, and drop-in day support programs are available for added social and recreational opportunities. Weekly in-house music therapy sessions invite everyone to explore their creative side, and there are regular chances to participate in community events for those who wish to do so.

The housemates in this home are a group of men who enjoy a range of weekly activities and like their own space. The men all enjoy walks, table games, cooking, baking, gardening and more. The housemates love to go out on the weekends to parks, beaches, cafes, restaurants and on day trips.

Golf features often, whether it’s a round or a session at the driving range. Backyard BBQs bring everyone together, and there are easy drives to nearby parks when the weather’s right. Music therapy runs on Tuesdays and there’s often a fishing trip in the mix. The routine is clear, so everyone knows what’s coming up and can join in.
