- The current residents in the home are male and female.
- The age range of residents is 40 s to 50 s.
- The current residents enjoy structured routines and contribute towards the running of the house.
- The residents also attend day program Monday to Friday.
- For the safety of residents there are authorised restrictive practices of locked doors and gates.
- It is preferred that the new resident be of quieter nature and of similar age group to the current resident group.

- The house comprises five spacious bedrooms.
- Centrally there is an open plan kitchen and meals area which opens up into the large family room or the alternate lounge room towards the front of the house.
- There are two separate bedroom wings to the front and rear of the house.
- Both are supported by shared bathrooms with toilets.
- This house is not wheelchair accessible.
- Bedroom 6 is located in an ideal section of the home and has views of the backyard.
- The shared bathroom with toilet, it located just up the hallway.
