Location Information: Less than three kilometers from Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Close to walking trails and recreational areas. Minutes from the bus stop, supermarket, hospital, and medical practice. Accessibility: Fully accessible property. Current Support Model: Rostered 24/7 care. All staff have current First Aid and medication training. Regular household safety checks are conducted. Eligibility for and ability to secure an appropriate level of NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding.
