Designed by West End Support Services owner, Debbie Jew, this purpose-built home has been thoughtfully created to accommodate individuals living with disabilities, and is committed to the NDIS pricing structure. We accept Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) and Respite (now called Short Term Respite).

Located in Pontiac Drive, Smythes Creek, the home is just a couple of blocks from Delacombe Town Centre, which offers easy access to doctors, pharmacies, supermarkets, cinemas, and a range of other shops and services.

This spacious and beautiful newly built home features five bedrooms, two living areas, and an accessible kitchen. The home has two bathrooms: one is fully accessible, with a shower and toilet both fitted with grab rails for safety. The second bathroom includes a standard shower, a bath, and a toilet, with grab rails beside the toilet for added support. The home is fully furnished, with internet, food, and bills all included in the rent. A house car is also available throughout the day and evening for residents to use.

Adding to the warmth of the home is Xavier, a friendly cat who belongs to one of our residents and is very much part of the household.

We currently have two vacant rooms available. All bedrooms include built-in robes, ducted heating, and air conditioning. The property is currently home to two female residents.

Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)

This listing is also offered as Medium Term Accommodation. MTA can be paid for using a type of core support funding called MTA funding, available to some NDIS participants. Housing accepting MTA funding is typically available for up to 90 days and covers the cost of housing only, not supports.

Shared supports are provided by West End Support Services mutually agreed upon by tenants. Residents meet weekly with house manager to discuss housing matters, menus, household events or activities. Residents are able to choose the support staff working within their home from a pool of staff. There is also a friendly cat named Xavier residing in the property, who belongs to one of the residents.
