These premium standalone 3-bed room houses on-suite feature tile flooring, centralised heating and cooling, large windows and door openings for excellent light ventilation.

Our house features customisable kitchens, bathrooms and laundries, and wheelchair-accessible private outdoor areas. A two-way communications system enables tenants to contact support workers in an additional on-site apartment) in the event of an emergency or unplanned support need. This house also has structural provisions for ceiling hoists and is assistive technology-ready.

An On-site Shared Support provider will provide 24 X 7 on-site shared support service to tenants of this house.
