Property is suitable for participants aged between 18+ years. Our friendly team provides 24/7 support for adults who are transitioning to live independently. Our support focuses on Positive Behaviour Support and Mental Health, and we assist with daily living skills, nutrition and cooking, budgeting, personal care, cleaning, laundry, special interests, and social networks.

Application Criteria Applicants must be funded under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
