Sunnyfield, in collaboration with Edenbridge Living, is developing a new innovative Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home in Pendle Hill. The home is specially designed to suit the needs of people with disabilities who meet SDA eligibility criteria. The entire house is architecturally designed and custom-built with the benefits of privacy, social inclusion, and on-site support. As with all our houses, residents are encouraged to provide input into the personal design elements of their new homes. The Parrott House features three large bedrooms in a shared home setting in the main house. A spacious, open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area provides a communal hub for residents to relax and socialise. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven and washing machine. A shared courtyard offers an outdoor space for relaxation and rest. In addition to the shared living space, the property boasts a single one-bedroom self-contained villa. This independent space provides complete privacy and comfort, featuring private a bedroom and accessible en-suite bathroom and a kitchenette for added convenience. When you move into the Parrot House in Pendle Hill, you will instantly appreciate the unique blend of privacy, leafy neighbourhood and state-of-the-art communal living.
