- The house is staffed seven days a week with an Active Night overnight support.
- The current support provider in the house is SCOPE.
- The SIL team are trained in Epilepsy management, Midazolam administration, Positive Behaviour Support and Dual Disability.
- The staffing ratio if flexible to meet the needs of the residents, aligning with the current Roster of Care.

- Current resident group: All male aged in 40 s to 60 s
- The current residents enjoy activities such as watching sport, watching television, listening to music and 1: 1 outings.
- The current resident group all use verbal communication and have well developed expressive and receptive communication skills.
- Three of the current residents experience mental health concerns and are well supported by a Mental Health Care Plan.
Preference for new housemate
- Resident that is fairly quiet to avoid distress in others
- Resident who enjoys watching sport.
- Therapy dog in residence so new resident must like dogs.
- Resident who is gregarious and gets along with other people.
- Resident with personal protective skills.
- Resident who respects privacy and personal space of other residents.

- Northland Shopping Centre, located less than two kilometres from home also features larger chain stores such as Myer, Target and Big W as well as speciality boutiques, hairdressers, banks and post office.
- Medical Support: Bellfield Medical Centre is a five-minute walk from the home, with the closest hospital, the Austin, a five-minute drive away.
