- When you move into Malvern Collective, you join the Choice Collective (our Community Co-op).
- This is a unique arrangement designed to help you maximise your NDIS core support budget.
- It is controlled by you and other fellow tenants, giving you the chance to collaborate and make decisions that optimise your shared support.

Each apartment has been designed with accessibility at its core. The open-plan kitchen, living area, bathroom and terrace all accommodate wheelchair use, ensuring ease of movement throughout the home. Structural provisions for ceiling hoists and assistive technology are already in place, making the space ready for residents who need higher levels of physical support. Modern finishes such as engineered timber flooring, stone benchtops, a fully self-contained laundry, and floor-to-ceiling windows create a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere.
