Whether you're looking for permanent residence, short-term stays, or transitional housing, we are committed to providing accommodation and supports that ensures freedom, choice, and exceptional care for people living with a spinal cord injury, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Nestled within the tranquil landscapes of the Botanica residential estate, Ferguson Lodge boasts 24 private rooms, offering a peaceful and secure environment for SIL. Here, you can enjoy the warmth of our local community, maintain your privacy, and have peace of mind knowing that our experienced team of registered nurses and support workers is always at your service, ensuring your health and well-being. We have been providing accommodation and care services since 1979. Our residents have their own private room with serene garden views and a convenient private ensuite bathroom. In addition to the privacy of their own space, residents have access to communal areas, including dining, lounge, and gym facilities. Our team is comprised of dedicated registered nurses and support workers, all of whom possess specialised and expert training in the health and well-being of individuals with spinal cord injuries. Indulge in the culinary delights prepared by our chef, who crafts a delectable menu that changes daily. Plus, our laundry services take care of all your needs. Our onsite gym caters to your exercise needs and can be used independently, you’re your preferred physio or EP or you can join our onsite Neuromoves program. Funding Assistance: Accommodation at Ferguson Lodge is available for individuals with funding under NDIS, iCare, and Disability Supports for Older Australians. SDA funding is not required. Permanent residents also pay a reasonable rental contribution which includes utilities and food. Please note: Rent is $400 per week which include utilities and food. Parking space can be allocated if needed. Pets are considered upon application.
