Enjoy independence, comfort, and a strong sense of community in these three Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes in Tarneit. Built to the High Physical Support SDA Design Standard, these well-designed homes provide both privacy and connection for residents with high support needs.

Each home accommodates three residents, each with a spacious private bedroom and ensuite. Shared areas include a bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, plus a landscaped outdoor area ideal for relaxing or socialising. With wide doorways, step-free entry, and fully wheelchair-accessible layouts, the home supports easy movement for all residents.

Safety and accessibility are a priority. The homes are assistive-technology ready, with ceiling hoist provisions and an emergency power backup system. Built-in wardrobes, modern finishes, and individual climate control provide a comfortable, functional living environment — and residents are free to personalise their rooms.

In addition to residents with NDIS SDA funding, we are considering applications from participants with Appendix H, SIL-only, or TAC funding, depending on suitability and available vacancies. One of the homes is TAC-registered.

Funding

To be eligible for this home you must have funding for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) in your NDIS plan. You will be required to pay rent and utilities, and you or your important person must sign an agreement.

In addition to NDIS SDA funding, we accept participants with Appendix H or SIL‑only funding. One of the three homes is TAC‑registered and tailored specifically for TAC-funded individuals, offering additional flexibility for different funding scenarios.
