How we'll support daily life
Support setup, Staff, and Certifications
The house is staffed seven days a week under an inactive sleepover model of care. Our highly trained disability support workers receive specialised training which enables us to provide personalised, high-quality support, empowering individuals with the support they deserve.
Who you'd live with
Housemates
The current residents are all female aged between 40-63 years old. They all communicate non-verbally and require wheelchairs for mobility. Two out of three residents attend day programs throughout the week and the other enjoys a range of 1 to 1 social and community activities throughout the day. The house is very stable, peaceful and quiet with the support team, residents and their families fostering positive and caring relationships with one another. The preference of the current housemates is that the new resident shares a similar lifestyle, and is not too loud, aggressive or exhibits other behaviours of concern.
