Dawn leads our Evanston community with warmth, professionalism, and over 25 years of nursing experience across acute care, oncology, remote communities, and community nursing. As both Community Manager and Clinical Lead, she brings deep expertise in delivering support that is compassionate, person-centred, and clinically sound.
Dawn is supported by a vibrant, multicultural team — Amanda, Peta, Radhika, Raffael, and Raj — ranging in age from their 20 s to 50 s, all united by a passion for creating safe, welcoming homes where residents feel respected and included. Together, they bring energy and cultural richness to daily life, ensuring every resident experiences genuine care and connection.
From cooking and games to local community events, Dawn and her team create opportunities for engagement, fun, and belonging. With thoughtful touches throughout, the Evanston homes are designed to be warm, inspiring places where you can feel truly at home.
