- This purpose built house comprises four spacious bedrooms.
- On the same residential block there are also two semi detached one bedroom residences.
- At the front of the house there is an open plan kitchen and dining area which leads into the living room.
- The living area opens onto an undercover alfresco area.
- The room is located at the front of the property, adjacent to the living room and open plan kitchen and meals area.
- There is ducted air-conditioning and heating and room also features an ensuite and small service bench area (kitchenette) with wash area.
- There is no ceiling hoist installed, however the house specifications allow for one to be installed if required.
- There are some restrictive practices including locking of pantry doors and locking of bedrooms when residents are not home.
