SDA Management Services WA is working with SOL Construction in the planning, design, construction and fit-out of a range of compliant SDA housing options. Our first project is a three-villa development in Nollamara – conveniently located 10 kilometres north of Perth and is close to all amenities and transport links. Each villa will be a single storey home, positioned side by side with no common walls. Featuring an accessible bedroom and bathroom consistent with the SDA Design Standards, each villa includes a second bedroom and bathroom for a full-time carer. The villas have each been designed to include a central living area, with an accessible L-shaped kitchen fitted out with height adjustable workspaces and under bench drawers.
