There is also the local Bray Park train station which is a 20-minute walk away as well as having a bus stop right outside the Kensington village centre.

The home is currently shared by two friendly, welcoming women and is a 1: 3 shared living arrangement. The household would best suit a female tenant aged approximately 30–60+ (male applicants may be considered with approval from current tenants).

Both tenants enjoy an engaging and social household environment. They are tolerant of all communication styles, including verbal and non-verbal communication, and enjoy spending time together through shared activities such as chatting, board games and TV quiz shows. One tenant is a passionate Brisbane Broncos supporter who attends most home games, enjoys cooking, sharing laughs, and also values her personal downtime. The other tenant is extremely warm and social, loves talking about her childhood and family, and enjoys engaging conversations around her many interests, including music, writing short stories and the arts.

The ideal tenant would be someone who enjoys being part of a household, is mobile (the unit is not wheelchair accessible), non-smoking, and pet-free in line with current housemate preferences. Due to the anxiety needs of the household, the tenant should not present with physical behaviours related to anxiety.
