How we'll support daily life
Support setup, Staff, and Certifications
Support is coordinated according to each person’s NDIS plan and is organised across the neighbouring homes rather than within each house individually.
The model includes:
- A shared combination of active and inactive overnight support across the site
- Clinical oversight from a Registered Nurse
- Personal care times such as morning routines planned in agreement and reviewed regularly
- Additional direct supports arranged according to each person’s NDIS funding
Before someone moves in, staff work with them to understand their routines, health needs and personal preferences. Equipment, clinical oversight and appointments are planned in advance so support fits around daily life rather than disrupting it.
The home is intended for people with high physical support needs primarily related to mobility and daily care, such as spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, progressive neurological conditions, acquired brain injury, spina bifida or stroke.
The accommodation and support model is not designed for situations where behaviours of concern are incompatible with shared living, or where most people are assessed below High Physical Support under the NDIS.
