The home is single storey and fully wheelchair accessible, with generous circulation spaces, accessible bedrooms and a well-designed bathroom to support daily living and mobility needs. A light-filled open-plan kitchen, living and dining area forms the heart of the home and features built-in appliances and direct access to a covered outdoor alfresco area, providing a relaxed and usable outdoor space.

The property includes Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) capability, allowing overnight supports to be delivered on site when required and providing added reassurance for participants and families. The home is fully air-conditioned and has been designed to balance independence, comfort and higher-level care needs in a calm residential setting.
