These 2-bedroom villas feature accessible bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious living areas and reinforced ceilings with provision for hoist installation. They offer private courtyards, a second bedroom for guests or support workers, and well-equipped kitchen. The villas are equipped with zone-controlled air conditioning and provision for assistive technology to be installed. A separate villa with a bedroom and bathroom is available for an Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) for immediate support access.
