Inside the home
Layout, features, and accessibility
This thoughtfully designed single-storey High Physical Support home offers two spacious participant bedrooms, a dedicated OOA (Onsite Overnight Assistance) room and multiple accessible bathrooms. Both bedrooms include a private ensuite and built-in robe, you’ll just have to decide whether you’d rather look out to the street or back yard! The OOA room is tucked away at the front with its own bathroom access and external entry, ensuring support staff keep out of the way. Wide doorways, generous circulation space and functional layout features make the home ideal for wheelchair users and those requiring high levels of physical support.
At the heart of the home is a light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living area designed for connection and accessibility. The kitchen includes ample bench space, with accessible features like knee clearance and adjustable fittings. This central area opens onto a private, covered patio—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A secure single-car garage provides internal access through the laundry and bathroom zone and additional outdoor spaces at both the front and rear offer low-maintenance, accessible enjoyment. With thoughtful zoning, seamless indoor-outdoor flow and support for assistive technology, this home provides a harmonious blend of independence, safety and style.
