As with all Mosaic Community Care’s SIL homes, our residents’ benefit from the expertise and dedication of our professional team, available 24/7. Our staff are trained to provide personalised support, ensuring that each resident’s unique needs are met with care and respect. We are committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where you can thrive.
As our newest Mosaic home, we are focused on settling in our first two housemates and will be able to add some more photos here soon. We work closely with our residents to add personal touches that make a house a home. Your input is valued, and we strive to create a living space that reflects your personality and preferences.

This spacious home has two housemates who have moved in. This home is ideal for a male (aged 50-75 years) with an acquired or intellectual disability who is seeking accessible, comfortable housing to meet their long-term needs.

Layout, features, and accessibility
- Our Bentley home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- This home boasts two large and separate living areas, providing plenty of space for relaxation, socialising, and activities.
- To support residents with varying mobility needs, all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling hoists. These hoists facilitate safe and easy transfers, reducing the risk of injury for both residents and caregivers.
- This home is designed to be accessible with wide doorways and ramps, making it easy for wheelchair users to navigate.
- The bathrooms are fully accessible as is the extra toilet.
- A dedicated van is available to get you out and about to appointments, shopping, cafes and other activities in the community that are important to you.
