Eligibility Criteria
- This site is designed for residents who value independence.
- Support Model: 24/7 on-site support is not provided. NDIS Participants seeking Individualised Living Options (ILO) or Assistance with Daily Living are encouraged to complete an expression of interest with individual supports provided by Civic.
- Social Housing Eligibility: All applicants for the 1-bed villas must be approved for General or Priority Social Housing via the NSW Housing Register.
- Affordable Housing Eligibility: The 2-bedroom villa is available under the Affordable Rental Housing (ARH) scheme. Applicants must meet specific income and eligibility criteria as outlined in the Cawarra Residential Affordable Housing Policy.

- 1 x 2-Bedroom Villa: A spacious, self-contained residence with a kitchenette, living area and laundry facilities. This villa is reserved for Affordable Rental Housing (ARH) applicants only.
