The property is located close to Werribee Train station, it is a brand new accommodation, never occupied before, purpose-built for accessibility. Each room has its own on-suite, kitchenette, furnishings, yard or balcony. The property also has a shared laundry and a shared kitchen. Our vision is that we will roster 24-hour passive supports in this property so the 5-6 participants living there can be offered passive supports like reminders for self-medication, assistance with cooking and cleaning and other household tasks. This way we will offer not just an affordable solution to NDIS participants to fit in their limited NDIS funds but also an independent lifestyle for participants.

Application Criteria Hi Five Community Services' vision is to offer safe and clean accommodation to people with disability with choice and control. We aim to offer a passive 24 hour support at this property where a staff will offer passive supports to all residents such as assist with cooking, household tasks, remind residents to take medications and organise group on-site activities. Property will also offer a communal motor vehicle which can be used to transport residents to local activities/ appointments.
