The home features spacious shared living areas, wheelchair-friendly access throughout, and specialist equipment to support independence and everyday living.
There is currently one vacancy available. The home would best suit a participant with high medical needs who uses a wheelchair and requires accessible bedroom, bathroom, living, and transport arrangements. The current residents are two females aged 50 and 54, and two males aged 54 and 80. Residents enjoy spending time together watching movies, sharing meals, going for drives to Lake Canobolas, visiting local shopping centres, and participating in activities such as painting and reading.
To apply for this home, you will need Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding included in your NDIS plan.
