Onsite shared supports (OSS)
Under Sylvanvale’s Individual Apartment Living (IAL) model of support, our highly trained team is on hand to respond to calls for assistance, whether it be for something small or something more serious.
- Access to 24/7 assistance for unplanned supports that are not part of a resident’s routine daily activities (runs separately and complementary to regular individual support services, which are facilitated by each resident’s chosen provider)
- Optional – Sylvanvale Flexible Support is available through each resident’s Core Supports funding for planned support that helps them to complete daily living activities at an individual ratio
- Optional – Where agreed by all residents, Collective Support is available for residents in Individual Apartment Living to pay for extra Sylvanvale staff on site for planned supports at a shared ratio.
