Dawn leads our Evanston community with over 25 years of nursing experience across acute care, oncology, remote communities, and community nursing. As both Community Manager and Clinical Lead, she brings expertise, warmth, and a deep understanding of complex disability support.
She is supported by a vibrant, multicultural team — Amanda, Peta, Radhika, Raffael, and Raj — aged from their 20 s to 50 s, all united by their passion for delivering person-centred care. Together, they create homes where residents feel safe, connected, and included. From cooking and games to local events and community activities, Dawn and her team make sure residents have opportunities to engage, have fun, and live life their way.
