They provide residents with person-centred support to help them build independent living skills, connect with the local community and participate in social activities.

Things the applicant needs to know ✅

The applicant must be 18-year-old or over. This is an enrolled Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) property; therefore, the applicant will need to have NDIA approved eligibility and the appropriate level of SDA and SIL funding available. The applicant will need to be able to pay rent and utilities. The applicant or their important person will need to establish a Residential Agreement
