Welcome to our BRAND NEW SIL home located in Newtown, Toowoomba.

This home is located directly across the road from the Clifford Park Racecourse and within walking distance to the Whyalla Plaza shopping centre which includes a medical centre, a pharmacy, petrol station, dominoes, butcher, fruit n veg PLUS more!

We are on the search for either a 1: 2 or 2 x 1: 3 ratio participants who can co-tenant with our young gent. The best possible tenant matching includes:

Due to the current participant, we would strongly request, participants without any current Drug & Alcohol abuse as our young gent is attempting to recover from previous abuse in NSW.

The home itself comes with a large outdoor area/backyard, secure front gate for privacy and security, good sized bedrooms, shared bathroom and living area. The home will come fully furnished minus your participants bedroom.

At Bunya Care we are locally owned and operated business that provides NDIS Registered Supports to Kingaroy & Toowoomba regions for the last 4 yrs. We pride ourselves on the capacity of allowing participants to live local in there community and ensure that receive a high quality of supports. This home will be a female only staffed house and will have a range of trained and experienced staff.
