This spacious, pet-friendly home in the heart of Adelaide’s south suburbs is perfect for those who love animals and value community living. Not only will you have the pleasure of living with a gorgeous cat, but this home is conveniently located just moments from the local shopping centre, train station, and Pearson's Farm. You'll enjoy breathtaking views, the convenience of fresh, farm-grown produce, and the opportunity to visit a variety of animals, including native species.

Currently home to two male participants, we’re seeking a third male housemate to complete our friendly household—because a full home is a happy home! The house is large, providing plenty of personal space for everyone, and we pride ourselves on matching housemates who will complement one another. As part of our welcoming process, we invite prospective housemates to join us for dinner and get to know the current tenants before moving in.

Four Bedrooms – Two bedrooms provide a spacious environment with built in wardrobes. The main bedroom offers a double walk-in robe with an attached ensuite (currently tenanted) Garage Renovation (Currently Available) This newly renovated garage has been transformed into a bright, spacious bedroom that offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. With large windows flooding the room with natural light, it feels open and airy, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The generous space provides plenty of room for a large bed, wardrobe, and additional furniture, giving you the flexibility to design your perfect retreat. Whether you’re relaxing, reading, or unwinding after a busy day, this bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary that feels like home. It functions as a self-contained unit with direct oversight from support staff. Spacious Living Areas – Two separate living areas offer flexible space for a variety of activities, such as a games room or craft room. Modern Kitchen & Dining – A large, well-equipped kitchen with all new appliances, plus a generous open dining area, perfect for communal meals.

Eligibility Requirements:

SIL Funding Required: To be eligible, you must have Assistance in Supported Independent Living funding. In some cases, Flexible Core funding may be considered until SIL funding is approved. Support Ratio: We operate on a 1: 3 support ratio with passive overnight support, offering flexibility based on individual needs.
