- Current staff ratio is 1: 3 with sleepover support overnight with 1.1 support is also available as needed and funded.
- Staff have a variety of skills including, building supported independent living skills such as, budgeting, routine planning, cooking, cleaning and more.

- The 2 current residents are a male and female, aged 30-60 years old.
- They are very social housemates who enjoy attending local football games and eating out.
- This home is best suited for a male or female who is independent and enjoys making new friends.
