Support setup, Staff, and Certifications
Our experienced disability support workers receive specialised training to ensure they deliver personalised, high quality support. All employees are fully trained in the following, with additional coaching provided as needed:
- Personal assistance – such as dressing, eating and bathing.
- Daily living – such as meal preparation, shopping and cleaning.
- Positive Behaviour Support and/or intervention strategies.
- Health management.
- First aid.

Housemates
This house is shared by four women aged between 57 and 63. They prefer a quiet and calm living environment, while also enjoying socialising and taking part in group activities. Current residents regularly get out and about and enjoy being active in the community.
