The current resident is a friendly and social older gentleman who enjoys being around others and values a calm, positive home environment. While he is non-verbal and communicates through gestures, he enjoys social interaction and the support of staff. The household is supported by 24-hour active overnight support and would suit someone seeking a relaxed, welcoming home.

- Structural supports to accomodate a ceiling hoist in the bedroom as required
- Emergency power solution to allow for a maximum of a 2-hour outage
- Power supply to doors and blinds for automation if required

The house is a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 10-minute drive to local parklands and shopping centres, and only a 13-minute drive to Wagga Wagga train station. The local community offers excellent convenience, with nearby shopping at Boorooma, cafés, walking tracks, parks, places of worship and community facilities. Wagga Wagga Base Hospital is approximately 8km away, and public transport is easily accessible via a nearby bus stop. The area continues to grow, offering additional entertainment and community opportunities into the future.
