You have a say over the provider of onsite shared supports and can negotiate changes with existing residents if you prefer a different provider. Additionally, you are welcome to bring your own core supports, ensuring that your needs are met in a way that suits you best.

The staffing model includes:

Mix of male and female staff. Training/expertise includes - manual handling, ABI, Epilepsy, 24 hr hour support accommodation with an active NIGHT SUPPORT. 2 staff rostered for in house support from 7 am to 9 am.
