Room information
- There are 2 rooms available. 1 room has a built-in wardrobe and overlooks the rear yard. The other room has a built-in wardrobe and has views of the covered outdoor area.
- There is ducted air conditioning situated in both rooms.
House information
- Spacious home has 5-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms (including a main bathroom with handrails and an ensuite attached to an occupied bedroom), featuring shared living spaces, kitchen, dining, laundry, and a single garage.
- The home has ducted air conditioning and a secure backyard with a couple of raised garden beds to enjoy the plants and vegetables.
- With a step at the front door, narrow hallways and doorframes, the property is not suitable for someone with mobility issues or complex medical care requirements.
- There is a house van available for transport.

Erskine Park is a growing residential suburb located 42 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the City of Penrith and is part of the Greater Western Sydney region.
The local shops are within walking distance of the home and include a supermarket, hairdressers, pharmacy, and newsagent. Erskine Park has several local parks and there is a bike track that runs from Erskine Park Road to Bennett Road, St Clair.
