- All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and built in wardrobes with a large open kitchen and lounge room area that leads out to the fenced back garden and patio.

- The house is located within 200 metres from the Wynnum esplanade and the best coffee shop in town.
- We are seeking a female to share with a non-binary (born female) tenant who enjoys trying new cafes and restaurants and also enjoys their own company and privacy.
