Sleepover / passive overnight support
- Current staff ratio is 1:3 with inactive overnight sleepover support.
- Staff have a variety of skills including manual handling training, personal care, person centred active support, following allied health professional plans, mealtime management and epilepsy.
- Staff have been supporting the home long-term and offer support based on individual needs.
